We help our customers to increase revenue, improve productivity and cut expenses. The Sales team focuses on introducing the Kestly Development process and services to small and large businesses (primarily mid-sized in the 50-2500 employee range), as well as some educational institutions and government agencies.

Ours is very much a relationship sale, and we are looking for a small number of mature, naturally consultative B to B professionals who can establish themselves quickly as trusted advisors, sell conceptually and who understand business, speaking as comfortably with the CEO or CFO as with the senior HR person.
