Client Development Associate

Kestly Development is a 15-year old Organizational Development and Human Resource information, assessment and training company. We have helped organizations increase retention of key people, hire for reliability-integrity-work ethic, Job Match, succession planning, increase engagement, improve customer service, increase sales, and help managers develop their skills.  We also make the hiring process easier and more effective using an Applicant Tracking System in addition to employee assessments.  We want to make life better for our clients – because we like happy clients.

 

The Client Development Associate role is a part-time position with significant autonomy to respond to client requests by email and by phone.  With training, this position will be primarily working from an office in Downtown Ypsilanti 10 to 20 hours per week. If successful, you will be given more hours.

 

We are currently accepting applications for this position and will be hiring 2 to 4 people

 

Client Development Associate Responsibilities:

 

  • Research assigned territory companies to determine if they have an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contact companies that do not have an ATS and send information brochure
  • If you get interest in the ATS (or other KD products) add lead into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • After contact schedule an appointment for a live demonstration
  • Assist with setup of new clients and/or services
  • Initiate client-care calls to make sure existing clients are doing well and to answer any quest
  • Complete various projects for Supervisor that may include data entry, scheduling appointments, client calls or projects in MS Excel and Word
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

Client Development Associate Qualifications:

 

  • College degree required
  • Must be comfortable with online systems and navigating websites
  • Excellent English speaking ability
  • Experience in HR or hiring preferred
  • Experience in business helpful
  • Customer Service phone skills needed
  • A quick learner and be able to work independently
  • Self-disciplined
  • Strong people skills, dependable and flexible
  • Strong computer knowledge to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have reliable a laptop/tablet with high-speed internet plus a cellphone

 

You will be asked to complete one or more assessments pre-hire

 

Wages: $9.50 per hour plus commission on every appointment that turns into a sale. Commission structure depends on experience and will increase with more sales.
